Paula brings professional knowledge and negotiating experience from 19 years at a Fortune 50 Corporation to her award-winning real estate career. From earning a prestigious “Rookie of the Year” award in her first year in business to representing more than $456 million worth of real estate transactions to date, Paula pairs integrity, professionalism and meticulous attention to detail with an unwavering passion for helping her clients achieve their goals.

A Northern California native and a graduate of UC Berkeley with an emphasis on negotiation and foreign purchasing, Paula produces top results year after year. Her diversified referral network enables her to assist clients both locally and globally. Paula is an active member of the Danville community with her husband and two sons, Garrett, a Contra Costa County firefighter, and Zachary, a fellow realtor. Her in-depth knowledge of the local schools, neighborhoods, business opportunities and market trends of the East Bay gives her clients a distinct advantage and true insider perspective.

Paula’s passion for making a difference in the lives of others is noted through consistent contributions to charities funded through her real estate transactions. She proudly supports numerous philanthropic organizations, including Children’s Hospital, having purchased 2,500 Polio vaccinations, 250 baby cribs and 760 wheelchairs for the organization; American Cancer Society; American Heart Association and Child Find of America, for which she sponsored advertising that helped lead to the safe return of a missing child in 2004. She has been featured in the Contra Costa Times, ANG Newspapers, San Ramon Valley Times, Diablo Magazine and Sentinel Newspaper, among others, for her work in real estate and the greater East Bay community. She appeared on the opening segment of the evening news on KRON Channel 4 to discuss the Tri-Valley and San Ramon Valley real estate markets.

When Paula’s not representing clients in real estate, she enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, cooking, gardening, decorating, and traveling the coastline.
